LICENSED AND TRUSTED INSPECTORS
Curry’s takes septic inspections very seriously and have Certified Iowa DNR Time of Transfer Inspectors on staff to oversee proper, professional, and thorough inspections.
According to Iowa State Law, if you are selling your building or home, you are required to have a septic inspection before any sale can be finalized. If your septic tank hasn’t been pumped in 3 years, you must have your system pumped during the inspection. These inspections are extremely important to identify and repair failing systems, protect the environment, and protect property buyers.
You don’t want to trust this important job to just anyone. Our licensed Time of Transfer Inspectors are professionals in every sense of the word, and work carefully and safely during the inspection. If you’re looking to sell your property, give us a call to set up your inspection today.
